Terms and Conditions for MPC Sports
Return/Exchange Policy: All merchandise must be returned within 30 days in resalable condition. Merchandise must show no signs of use or wear. Please include original packaging. Please call for Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Sorry, we cannot refund shipping fees or return postage. MPC Sports may charge a 15% restocking fee on certain items. Please contact Customer Service for specific details.
Defective/Damaged Merchandise or Lost Goods: Defective or damaged merchandise will be handled on a per case basis due to manufacturers policy. If merchandise was damaged during shipping, call MPC Sports immediately to file a damage claim. IMPORTANT: Keep all packaging and merchandise until inspected by carrier or your claim will be refused. Large items or orders may require more than one package to ship. Be aware that it is possible that packages may get separated during shipping and arrive on different days.
