Magazine Extension with Picatinny Rail: This is the samy sturdy Briley magazine extension made to accept a dual Picatinny Rail. The fore-end lock has been shortened to bring the Picatinny closer to the fore-end. When using a light it will allow the switch to be as close to the receiver as necessary. The fore-end is locked down, the spring is inserted in the original magazine and then the extension with the Picatinny is placed over the spring and screwed onto the fore-end lock. Before tightening the tube to the fore-end lock you orientate the Picatinny, either bottom left or bottom right. Tightening the tube to the fore-end lock will also capture the Picatinny rail. Hang your favorite light or laser on it, or both at the same time. Package includes the follower and spring.

 

NOTE: The 1187 will require the installation of a spring loaded ball in the barrel ring so as to retain the extension locked.
